Administering salary packages and processing payroll for contract employees is the core business of Thangam.


We manage the payroll for contract employees on the rolls of our clients. The contract employees may be provided by us or already employed by the company. We gather attendance details every month from the company and work on the employee compensation. We also manage pre tax deductions, calculation of taxes, medical reimbursements, mediclaims, employee insurance, PF processing for the contract employees for whom we manage the payroll. With our expertise and years of presence in the industry we have made the process structured and seamless without any hinges.
